Simon Arnison

President and Chief Executive Officer, Director

Simon Arnison has 24 years of experience in the computer hardware and software industry both in Canada and the United Kingdom, and has become an industry spokesman for Java and Bluetooth technologies. As founder of Classwave Wireless Inc., Mr. Arnison was responsible for evangelizing Classwave's Bluetooth Network Infrastructure strategy and vision in North America, the United Kingdom and throughout Europe. Using his great depth of technical knowledge, he successfully promoted Classwave's strategy and vision in the Bluetooth wireless industry.

Mr. Arnison has worked for Research Machines Limited, a publicly traded PC software and hardware company as Product Marketing Manager, for Spectrum Datagraphics, a digital imaging and engineering software company as a Technical Manager, and for Ferrari Networking products as a Technology Sales Support Manager. In 1987, Mr. Arnison was a founder of Attica, a U.K. multimedia software company.

Mr. Arnison was a founder of Innotech Multimedia Corp. (now Astaware), a leading producer of Java-based software and search engine applications for the Internet, based in Toronto. He has held several executive-level technology positions and was most recently the Chief Technology Officer and a Director of Innotech.

 

John McLeod
Chief Operating Officer, Director

Mr. McLeod has more than 25 years of experience in technology industry. Mr. McLeod was the founder and CEO of Spectra Software, which he sold to Sanchez Computer Associates in 2002. Spectra provided wealth management software to major financial institutions in Canada, Europe, USA and Australia. Prior to this was the CIO of Canadian Investment Dealer Burns Fry Limited. Mr. McLeod is currently President of JCM Ventures, an investment and consulting firm. Mr. McLeod holds a degree in Computer Science and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant.

 

Rubin Osten
Chairman

Mr. Osten co-founded PC DOCS Group International, a TSX and Nasdaq listed company, and served as its CEO until the sale of the company in 1999. PC DOCS Group was a global company and one of the world’s leading providers of document management and practice management software. PC DOCS achieved revenues of $200M with customers in North America, South America, Europe, Australia and the Far East. The Company's customers include Fortune 1000 companies, financial institutions, healthcare providers, manufacturing, consumer products, communications and pharmaceutical companies, utilities, government agencies, the legal industry, and accounting and other professions. From January 2000 until February 2003, at which time the company was sold, Mr. Osten was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cowboy Corp., a provider of customer relationship management software for the automotive industry.

Mr. Osten was also, until the sale of the company, a director of Spectra Securities Software Inc., a provider of software to the financial services industry focused on wealth management. Currently Mr. Osten is President and CEO of Raspberry Investments Corp., an investment and consulting firm. Mr. Osten is also a director of MediSolution Ltd. (TSX Listed), a leading provider of healthcare information technology to the healthcare industry and Dexit (TSX Listed) a provider of electronic payment facilitation services for micro payments. He is also a director and advisor to a number of private companies as well as a member of the Board of Governors of Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Mr. Osten is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
